Ruramiso Mashumba is the visionary founder and CEO of Mnandi Africa. She is also a co-founder of Women Who Farm Africa. Ruramiso is a dynamic and highly respected figure within Zimbabwe’s agricultural community. She has garnered numerous accolades, including the prestigious Zimbabwe 40 under 40 award for influencer in 2021 and the Kleckner Global Farmer award in 2020.

With a BA degree in Agricultural Business Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and a recently completed MBA in Innovative Sustainable Agriculture, Ruramiso possesses a robust educational background. Her commitment to continuous learning and innovation drives her mission to revolutionize sustainable agriculture practices.

Furthermore, Ruramiso serves as the Vice President of the Southern African Confederation of Agriculture Unions Youth, demonstrating her dedication to fostering the growth and development of agricultural initiatives across the region.

Anoda is a highly skilled professional holding a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies and a Special Honours degree in Monitoring and Evaluation. With a solid foundation in research, Anoda brings extensive expertise in youth engagement programming, career development, and empowerment initiatives. His proven track record encompasses project management, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation across diverse sectors within the development sphere.

Anoda’s profound understanding and proficiency in these domains have facilitated substantial contributions to the organizations he has been associated with, leading to tangible positive outcomes for the communities he serves.

Mr. Martin received training in Cyprus specializing in Forestry/Agroforestry. With extensive experience in plantations, orchards, commercial agriculture, and horticulture, he has contributed significantly to various agricultural endeavours. Mr Martin has lent his expertise to renowned establishments such as Hippo Valley Estates, Arda Keirez Estate, and Tiverton Farm.

Currently, he serves as an Agronomist at Mnandi Africa Organisation, where he continues to apply his knowledge and skills to advance agricultural practices and promote sustainable farming methods.
